凌云股份投资6000万元参股新公司，开拓智能制造领域
铅笔道、含新社联合消息，2023年12月28日，凌云股份发布了《凌云股份关于对外投资成立合资公司的公告》。
公告称，与华工赛百拟合资成立凌云华工智能系统（武汉）有限公司，公司出资6000万元，持有合资公司60%的股权，华工赛百出资4000万元持有40%股权。合资公司将围绕“智能制造”、“智能产线”、“智能工厂”等技术领域开展业务。
