It involves a consistent process of evaluating the past year with 3 questions, conducting a 'life audit' with 4 questions, creating an extensive list of goals, narrowing it down to a focused list, and then devising a quick 3/6/12 month action plan. It's been a bit tedious, so Guillaume and I decided to package this into a user-friendly app to simplify and speed up the process.
