I've created a migrate-apt-keys repo based on your code (after it was mentioned on StackExchange)) and made some changes; in particular, handling SOURCE.list's in which not all deb entries are signed by the same key.
How would you like to license the code? Also, feel free to open pull requests.

Hey @mralusw, nice to hear that you improved it and great you‘re so kind to ask for permission. I don‘t really have any preferences until now, but the MIT License seems good. Would that also fit for you?
