美国进入非夏时制。 2023年11月5日到2024年3月10日前，北京时间比美国东部时间早到13个小时，时差增加一小时，当美国实行夏时制时，北京时间比美国东部（简称为E.T.）时间正好早到12个小时。欧洲冬令时如期而至。 改为冬令时后，英国与中国的时差从7个小时增加到8个小时，西意德法等国与中国的时差从6个小时增加到7个小时。 注：欧洲每年3月最后一个星期日进入夏令时，每年10月最后一个星期日进入冬令时。
