近期，国内碳化硅芯片设计企业深圳市至信微电子有限公司（以下简称“至信微电子”）完成了数千万元A轮融资，由深智城产投、正景资本以及老股东前海扬子江基金、太和基金共同投资。本次融资资金将用于加速公司产品研发、团队扩建以及市场拓展等。
至信微电子成立于2021年，是一家专注于碳化硅功率器件研发的高科技公司，主打产品为碳化硅MOSFET及模组等系列产品。公司推出的碳化硅器件产品目前已在光伏、新能源汽车、工业等领域获得客户认可。
