Think of the buttery, warm, caramel flavors of classic Biscoff cookies transformed into a decadent layer cake. Featuring chocolate cream, vanilla cream, and sweet Biscoff cookie butter, this cake will taste like nothing you’ve had before, yet everything you’ve always wanted.

What is cookie butter, exactly? It's a smooth and creamy spread made from spice (or speculaas) cookies crushed up so fine, you end up with the consistency of nut butter. Usually, the sweet spread is used on toast, pancakes, or cinnamon rolls, but the Costco bakery did the unthinkable and turned the butter into a cake—and we couldn’t be more grateful it did.
