发行商505 Games宣布，《死亡搁浅：导演剪辑版》的iPhone和Mac版本已经推迟到2024年初发售。
“505 Games和小岛工作室很高兴在iPhone、iPad和Mac上推出《死亡搁浅：导演剪辑版》。我们只是需要多一点的时间。请继续关注2024年初的新发布日期。我们迫不及待地欢迎更多玩家加入游戏。”
《死亡搁浅：导演剪辑版》于2022年推出，在保留原版游戏内容的基础上，追加了新的战斗和探索区域，也对任务、迷你游戏和剧情进行了扩展，加入了同行机器人、建筑设施等内容，新增了竞速模式。
