为了充分利用上下文，经常一个对话里连续问问题，但是问的过多就导致一个问题，忘记上面的内容，想回去找贼麻烦。 所以就加了一个“问题目录”，可以快速看清当前对话里的问题，点击滚动到目标位置。样子长这样：
