近日微软的Azure OpenAI 服务提供了 GPT-4、GPT-3.5-Turbo 和嵌入模型系列的访问，同时也进一步的强化了Azure OpenAI服务，为用户提供最新GPT-4 Turbo with Vision 公开预览版。 当前支持GPT-4 Turbo with Vision 公开预览版的地区仅有澳大利亚东部、瑞典中部、瑞士北部和美国西部地区的Azure OpenAI 用户，其它地区上线时间还需要等待。  本次升级微软为Azure OpenAI 用户提供了 OCR、对象定位、视频提示等功能， 使GPT-4 Turbo with Vision 预览版可以同时添加图像和文本数据，为用户提供了更好的聊天体验。 同时此多模态AI模型在保留GPT-4 Turbo功能的同时，还引入了处理以及分析图像的能力。 该服务不同的增强功能有着不同的定价，如1000条OCR请求为1.50美元，约11元人民币。  此次更新微软还表示，目前的预览版将在未来几周内上新稳定版，届时会更新到GPT-3 Turbo的GA版本。 |
