As the Senior Product Manager for Digital Tipping, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering innovative solutions that enhance the guest experience and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

    • Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the Digital Tipping feature within the Canary Technologies platform.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Sales, to prioritize and deliver high-quality product features and enhancements.
    • Gather and analyze user feedback, leveraging data-driven insights to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into clear product requirements and user stories.
    • Develop and maintain a roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic objectives and ensures timely delivery of product milestones.
    • Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize product performance.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, bringing new ideas and innovative approaches to the team.

Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.
    • Experience working in the hospitality industry or on payment solutions is highly preferred, but not required.
    • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data to drive informed product decisions.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
