CFO of DLF Vivek Anand Resigns

On December 11, DLF Ltd announced that Vivek Anand, the group’s Chief Financial Officer, has resigned after serving for four years. Anand will continue as the group CFO until February 29, 2024, marking his final working day with the company, according to the disclosure made to the stock exchanges.

Following Anand’s departure, DLF’s Managing Director, Ashok Kumar Tyagi, who oversees all corporate functions, will also assume responsibility for the group’s finance function, as mentioned by DLF.

In the regulatory filing, the company stated that Anand has chosen to explore new career opportunities after his over four-year tenure with the company.

DLF expressed appreciation for Anand’s contributions to fortifying the finance organization, enhancing systems, and strengthening controls over the past four years. The company’s audit committee, which accepted Anand’s resignation in an earlier meeting, also acknowledged and appreciated his contributions, according to the statement.

Before joining DLF, Anand served as the Chief Financial Officer – India Subcontinent at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare from June 2015 to October 2019. His prior experience includes roles as CFO at Telewings India, National Finance Director at Unilever Bangladesh, and Regional Finance Director at Unilever Singapore.
