Leaders’ Transitions at Hapvida
Mauricio Fernandes Teixeira, the Chief Financial Officer of Brazilian healthcare company Hapvida (HAPV3.SA), is set to step down from his role on December 31. He will transition to a position on the company’s board, as announced on Monday.
Luccas Augusto Adib, the current director of capital markets at Hapvida, will serve as the interim replacement for Teixeira, according to a filing with securities regulators.
Teixeira, who has been with Hapvida since 2017, will assume a board seat, taking over from Geraldo Luciano Mattos Junior, who also resigned from the board on the same day. Teixeira will assist Adib during the transition period.
