背景：闲鱼出换下的手机，买家说支付宝没钱然后我提出用转转
目前商品已经自动收货，前去提现才发现订单被冻结三天，看说明是防诈骗需要去找人工客服解冻
询问客服，说是面交怕卖家不发货 (买家用达达送的)，需要买家联系人工客服才可
我订单都自动收货了还能联系上买家吗，微信发消息都不回
然后询问客服等三天是否可以自行解冻，客服回答不行，会冻上几千小时 (我**)
刚一看发现订单还收了 0.6% 的什么机构费 (当然也可能是发布时点了什么东西)，真是闻所未闻，怪不得占有率低，交易体验做成这样谁愿意用啊~
