中山购房，寻求一些建议

刚结婚，现在在一家企业混日子，饿又饿不死，富又富不了的状态，现在老婆在镇区上班，我隔我上班地点有三十多公里，主要是离她上班地点近点，也是刚结婚，有买房打算。
要是在市中心买房（不是绝对中心，只是隔得近一些），就会导致两个人上班地点都有二十公里，而且现在房价确实有很多优惠，想购入二手房，省心，价位在 160-210 这个区间。
想看看大家现在对买房，或者对中山的看法。
