Healthcare professionals spend too much doing documentation. Often spending over 18 hours a week and often after hours. Freed was founded to alleviate this medical documentation crisis burning out healthcare professionals. Using advanced AI technology Freed allows clinicians to focus on what they love - taking care of patients.
Congrats for the launch! This looks like a great time saver. In this sector, data privacy and security is big point. What's your approach (or future roadmap) to ensuring such expectations from medical sector professionals and patients will be met to gain their trust?

@julienergan Erez here, co-founder and CEO.

Beyond adhering to HIPAA guidelines and security best practices our approach is to minimize the surface area of patient information.

Some concrete examples: we don't store patient recordings and we delete all generated notes after 30 days.

We're also in the process of obtaining 3rd party certifications like SOC2 and HITRUST.

This has a lot of potential. I go to Weil Cornell and they write notes after each visit in their little connect app and usually its just a blob of text. I'm sure a doctor person like yourself can organize the text in a more professional fashion.

Thanks guy!

As a nutritionist, I would like to congratulate Freed for making the lives of healthcare professionals easier and enhancing patient outcomes through this innovative approach

@dilancelik That's fun to hear :)

Our main focus these days is to make Freed work well for every medical specialty in any medical context. I hope that as a nutritionist you'll notice the improvements.
