抖音锁屏后，关闭继续播放的方法有两种。
一种是直接通过设置关闭抖音自动播放。
首先打开抖音应用程序，进入主页面；
然后点击右下角的个人中心图标，进入个人账户信息页面；接着点击“设置”按钮，进入设置页面；
在设置页面中找到“播放设置”或有些版本手机是在“通用设置”选项里面；
在“播放设置”中，找到“关闭自动播放”选项，点击开启该选项；设置完毕后，再次锁屏，抖音就不会继续播放了。
另一种方法是华为手机特有的一种操作方法。如果你的手机是华为p40，鸿蒙3.0系统，抖音版本是25.3.0，那么即使锁屏后抖音仍然会自动播放。此时，你可以通过下拉手机左上角的操作来关闭抖音的自动播放。
