碳链价值APP讯，福克斯记者 Eleanor Terrett 在推特上称，灰度就美国证券交易委员会（SEC）不寻求重审的决定发表声明：「联邦上诉程序规则规定的 45 天寻求重审的期限现已过去。法院现在将在 7 天内发布最终授权。灰度团队在业务上已做好准备，一旦获得 SEC 批准，就会将 GBTC 转换为 ETF。」
此前10 月 13 日，据福克斯记者 Eleanor Terrett 发推表示，美 SEC 将在 10 月 13 日午夜之前对灰度的决定提出上诉。如果 SEC 不上诉，那么从现在开始的 7 天内，此案将被结案，灰度可以开始与 SEC 工作人员合作，启动审批流程。届时，灰度将于 SEC 的公司财务和交易与市场部合作。
