Apple ID 注册有 bug 了吗？

我收到一个泰国人用我的 gmail 注册了 Apple ID 并登陆 iPad 的邮件提醒。想问申请 Apple ID 什么时候开始不用确认邮箱了？居然没有收到任何关于需要确认这个 ID 邮件提醒。
我去 Apple 网页，想把它注销了或者更改密码，这个 ID 还绑定着手机号，操作不下去。
另外这个 gmail ，用 dot 作为分割号的邮箱是我主力 Apple 帐户。找客服不会骚操作，把我主力号干掉吧？
也不知是哪个大头虾，注册的时候不用核对的吗。
