爱企查显示：京东电竞与李亚鹏公司成立茶业公司

　　爱企查App显示，近日，宿迁滋顾茶业有限公司成立，法定代表人为赵比尔，注册资本100万元人民币，经营范围包括互联网上网服务、茶具销售、珠宝首饰零售、电子产品销售、日用百货销售、服装服饰零售等。股东信息显示，该公司由北京中书艺莲网络科技有限公司、京东星宇电竞（北京）文化传播有限公司分别持股65%、35%。

　　值得注意的是，爱企查App显示，李亚鹏为北京中书艺莲网络科技有限公司法定代表人、董事长及实际控制人。
