据证券时报报道，10 月 11 日，工信部副部长徐晓兰表示，工信部将前瞻培育新赛道新产业，聚焦通用人工智能等未来产业领域，以场景应用为牵引，加速技术迭代，促进技术产业化。强化企业科技创新主体地位，形成以大企业为主力军、专精特新中小企业为生力军，大中小企业融通发展、政产学研用高度协同、创新链产业链资金链人才链深度融合的发展生态，同时加快先进制造业集群、高新技术产业园区、自主创新示范区的建设。
