How does your product ensure the content is personalized to each company's unique needs and style?

Each company we work with gets access their own personalized Trello dashboard. Here they upload any branding, description of tone / brand voice, really anything they want to help us personalize their content. In addition, their Trello board is where they create their requests (i.e. hey I need weekly newsletters for the month created, etc.). In their requests they have free range to add as much context as they want for us to leverage in creating the content.
Lastly ALL pieces of content are reviewed by the client before being signed off on as final!
