有娃之后因为上班没时间全职带娃，找了保姆，关于工资计算有些分歧。我的想法是保姆的工作性质按劳分配更合适，应该按天计算，比如按照 30 天双休一个月 8000 的标准工资，日薪就是 800/22=363.6 ，然后每个月按照实际出勤天数 * 日薪计算月薪。按照这样计算：
7 月工作日（出勤） 22 天，工资 8000
8 月工作日（出勤） 23 天，工资 8363
9 月工作日（出勤） 21 天，工资 7636
阿姨的想法则是每个月不管有几个工作日，都按照 8000 的标准来算，大家觉得怎么算合适呢？

补充一下，这么计算的一个好处是当需要请假时，扣钱可以有统一的标准，不然就会有每个月日薪不同的情况。
