I’m Ayla, co-founder of GroTru. After really analyzing our audience needs, we had a huge pivot and are now beta testing the new and improved GroTru.
We know first hand how difficult the journey of entrepreneurship can be, with extra layers of complexity piled on top if you are Black or LatinX - which is shown by the horrific stat that only 2.4% of venture capital goes to Black & LatinX founders. So we set on a mission to tilt the scales back.
GroTru features A database of grants - filterable by location, grant size, ethnicity & gender A database of accelerators - filterable by location, industry, capital investment, ethnicity & gender A database of investors - Majority focused on underrepresented founders, filterable by investment stage, industry, ethnicity & gender Software solutions to help you build, including discounts Tutorial style courses to teach you how to create your own assets, for example financial projections and brand books Events and workshops to help you learn and network with other entrepreneurs and investors
We currently have an open beta testing phase, which knocks off 50% of the already low prices, after a 7-day free trial. Access to grants, accelerators, investors & software solutions can be accessed for a monthly subscription of $4.50 (usually $9) events between $0-$15 (usually $0-$30) and courses for $24.50 (usually $49).
