据路透社报道，10 月 9 日，欧盟委员会负责价值观和透明度事务的副主席 Vera Jourova 表示，欧盟与日本在人工智能（AI）方面的想法“趋同”。
据悉，欧盟凭借其严厉的《人工智能法》走在了监管新兴技术的前列，而日本则在寻求比欧盟更灵活的指导方针，以促进经济增长。欧盟和日本正在深化在人工智能、网络安全和芯片等被视为对经济安全十分重要的技术领域的合作。
