据 CoinDesk 10 月 9 日报道，美国检察官表示，应禁止 SBF 在其对美国司法部指控的辩护中提及 AI 公司 Anthropic 近期的融资情况。美国司法部文件称，去年 FTX 持有 Anthropic 价值 5 亿美元股份，该公司的破产受托人尚未出售股份。近期，Anthropic 与亚马逊达成价值可能高达 40 亿美元的协议，并正就另外筹集 20 亿美元进行谈判。
