小冰人工智能在上海成立新公司，李笛任执行董事
据 DoNews 10 月 8 日报道，天眼查 App 显示，近日，上海红棉小冰人工智能科技有限公司成立，“小冰之父”李笛任法定代表人、执行董事，注册资本 1000 万人民币，经营范围含技术服务、软件开发、动漫游戏开发、数字内容制作服务、体育用品及器材批发、电子产品销售等。股东信息显示，该公司由北京红棉小冰科技有限公司全资持股。
据悉，北京红棉小冰科技有限公司前身为微软（亚洲）互联网工程院人工智能小冰团队，2020 年 5 月，北京红棉小冰科技有限公司成立，7 月，微软宣布将小冰分拆为独立实体。今年 5 月，小冰公司宣布启动“GPT 克隆人计划”。
