微信的聊天状态同步问题？

一直不是很理解，隔了几天不在电脑上登微信，全是各种在手机上聊过的消息框还保留小红点，是不是没识别到我已经在手机阅读过了？
并且每次开机启动微信都会卡顿，不是很流畅。这是客户端的问题么？
我在 tg 从没遇到过这个问题，消息阅读状态都是同步的，包括我划到什么位置，手机和电脑都能同步。
