日本 AI 指导方针草案提出使用方也担责
据金十 10 月 7 日消息，为了妥善利用生成文章和图像的生成式人工智能（AI），日本政府正推进制定面向企业等的指导方针。据日本共同社获悉，草案显示不仅是 AI 开发商和服务提供商，使用 AI 开展业务的企业和团体也将承担一定的责任。指导方针明确了创造 AI 基础性技术的“算法开发者”、提供基于 AI 的服务和软件的“服务实施者”以及运用 AI 开展业务的企业等五大业务主体须共同担负责任和义务。
