据 IT 之家 10 月 6 日报道，在近日于美国底特律举行的 IROS2023 期间，迪士尼研究中心展示了一款新型社交机器人。外观方面，这款机器人具备了与《星球大战》BD-1 神似的外形，但细节相比原始角色要简洁不少。据介绍，这款机器人基于强化学习进行模拟训练，光是练习动画制作和走路就已经花了一年时间。据介绍，这款机器人与其它迪士尼研究中心的技术和产品一样，将被用于诸如乐园表演、影视制作等领域中。它可以在颠簸的路面中自由穿行，而且具有非常鲜明的风格。
