中国电子商务巨擘阿里巴巴集团已告诉土耳其总统厄多安（Tayyip Erdogan），阿里巴巴计划在土耳其投资20亿美元。
路透社报导，根据阿里巴巴旗下的土耳其电商公司Trendyol所发声明，阿里巴巴集团总裁伊凡斯（Michael
Evans）和厄多安会面时，做出以上表述。声明中未确切说明投资的时间表。
声明中说，伊凡斯也表示，阿里巴巴集团透过Trendyol已在土耳其投资14亿美元。
Trendyol是土耳其最知名的电商平台之一。
厄多安目前正在美国纽约参加第78届联合国大会。
Trendyol表示，伊凡斯也和厄多安分享了新投资计画的细节，包括在安卡拉设立一座资料中心和一座物流中心，以及在伊斯坦布尔机场设立一座出口作业中心。
