背景：堵下修只要有30%的胜率即可保不亏，在下不才，斗胆挑战长期40%以上胜率
规则：提前发帖预测下修的具体日期，并且只有当天命中才算正确，否则即使过了一个月下修也算错
ps：本帖将不会具体分析本人如何判断下修，理由如下：
如果本人的准确率低于40%，则没有公布的必要
如果本人的准确率高于40%，则不便公布
