百度云 cdn 免费版的 https 没了？

百度云 cdn 免费版的 https 没了？

我前几天还正常用着，今天突然不行了报错 ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR ，
但相关新闻只有看到 5 个月前说百度云 cdn 不再免费，存量用户正常用，
我 ssl 证书用的是 lets 的三个月手动更新一次，今天报错还以为是到期了，但登录一看直接没有证书管理了，
关键联系不上客服，不知道是不是 bug 了，还是故意逼走免费用户，

还有免费的 https cdn 吗， 除了 cloudflare, 我这个只有我一个人用所以其他限制都无所谓，只要免费就好，
实在是 http 有功能限制太坑了，
