年内最大的IPO——软银集团旗下Arm即将登陆美国纳斯达克。科技巨头苹果、英伟达、英特尔、三星都将成为Arm此次IPO的战略投资者。多方消息称，软银集团已将Arm大客户苹果、英伟达、英特尔、三星电子等，安排为Arm美国IPO的战略投资者，投资方还包括AMD、谷歌、新思科技等，将分别认购2500万美元至1亿美元的Arm股票。
