年轻时初试烹饪，不拘中西常规，百般变幻；做出的饭菜每次都是不同味道，幸好并不难吃，于是自鸣得意仿佛是凭一己之力打破了桎梏。然而年纪渐长，只在偶然回想时才记起这番往事，如今即便是对着菜谱照做出的饭菜也多少会带上些自己的风格——我们所说的妈妈的味道大约都如此吧，想必她们年轻时也会做出些稀奇古怪的味道出来，而我辈并非与众不同。
P.S. 说到食谱，前阵子看了一部叫做《À Table！～跟着古代食谱学做菜～》的日剧，从史料中复原食谱的想法挺有意思，但是……我不确定剧中的成品是不是好吃，得闲倒也想尝试一下。
