据财联社 8 月 29 日报道，2023 通用人工智能算力论坛 28 日在京举办，这是通用人工智能算力论坛首次亮相服贸会常态化活动。北京市政府副秘书长许心超在论坛上表示，北京将不断创新有利于发展的体制机制，优化产业资源配置，营造良好的产业创新生态，夯实以大模型为引领的人工智能产业发展基础。一是科学布局算力技术设施，确保智能算力资源供给。二是创新数据资源交易机制，提供基础研发要素支持。三是扩大典型场景开放力度，率先落地行业标杆应用。
