日前，据国家金融监督管理总局深圳监管局公布的行政处罚信息，因给予投保人保险合同约定以外的利益、财务数据不真实，众诚汽车保险股份有限公司深圳分公司（下称众诚汽车保险深圳分公司）被罚50万元。
因对上述违法违规类事实负直接责任，众诚汽车保险深圳分公司李军、牛志珍分别被罚款11万元、9万元，并均被警告。
公开资料显示，众诚汽车保险深圳分公司成立于2011年6月，是由广汽集团等大型企业发起成立、国内首家挂牌新三板的专业汽车保险公司，注册资本22.69亿元。
