到了口头 offer 阶段。我现在算上实习有将近 3 年工作经验，在郑州一家做电信运营商业务的公司，劳务合同签是给签的一个外包， 但是现在有个住房福利（三室一厅），日常工作也是增删改查没有任何技术难度可言。数字马力给涨了 20%，现在觉得数字马力比现公司有更好发展前景，但是从待遇方面综合下来感觉也差不多。很纠结，不知道要不要去？想听听大家的意见
