First of all there's a constant inflow of new profiles :) Then we send reminder emails after 90 days of no chanages ot a profile for users to check if their data is still up to date. If there wasn't any reaction to that we consider profiles not up to date anymore and hide them after another 90 days and send another notification email.

So there's a little system behind the scenes to take care of that.

On the other hand, most data - especially online pointers like LinkedIn/GH profiles, email addresses, etc. - don't change that much over longer periods of time.

So I'd say the most relevant parts here are probably if someone is still open for a job (although with the right offer most are anyways, even if employed already) or if there has been any news in their bio, e.g. some internship or masters degree finished but not yet reflected in the bio info...
