FTX 破产听证会将于 8 月 24 日凌晨举行
据 CryptoSlate 8 月 22 日报道，FTX Trading Ltd 已向美国特拉华州破产法院法官 John T. Dorsey 提交关于在美东时间 8 月 23 日 13:00（北京时间 8 月 24 日 1:00）举行破产听证会的议程，列出事项包括破产案的最新进展、一项建立解决与 FTX 崩盘相关的诉讼索赔程序的动议以及针对 SBF 等 FTX 内部人士提起的几项诉讼等。
该议程共列出了 15 个事项，其中 9 个已通过 8 月 18 日提交的法庭命令得到解决，不再需要举行听证会；仍有六个问题有待解决，包括要求建立和解程序和案件最新情况。
