十天前，纽约时间8月10日，美国两大轻奢品牌集团 Tapestry, Inc. 与 Capri Holdings Limited 宣布达成最终收购协议，对后者的整体估值达到85亿美元（含债），对此《华丽志》已经做了两次跟踪报道和初步分析，详见：https://luxe.co/post/301524, https://luxe.co/post/301804。
虽然此次交易涉及的品牌组合不少是所谓“轻奢”定位（如 Tapestry 的 Coach, kate spade 和 Capri的Michael Kors)，但拥有 Versace和 Jimmy Choo两个欧洲奢侈品牌的 Capri集团将自己定位于美国第一家国际性奢侈品集团，所以，这依然可以算作是自 LVMH集团2021年初以158亿美元收购蒂芙尼以来，全球奢侈品行业最大一笔并购 …
