We built this app because we identified that we consumed so much great advice from online articles, YouTube videos, and books, but found it difficult to apply to our daily lives. We found that the best way to apply this, often life-changing, advice was by firstly defining clear goals, and secondly developing regular habits to work towards that goal.

With Intentional AI, you can: 1. Paste a YouTube link or upload screenshots directly into the chat, and our AI suggests relevant habits and goals for you to work on. 2. Have the AI check up on your habits or goals and talk through any struggles you're facing. 3. Track the habits you're working on.
