荣耀辟谣：并未设立印度子公司

针对最近重启印度业务传闻，荣耀发布辟谣声明称，荣耀公司在印度一直通过分销商的方式开展业务，目前在印度没有子公司也没有成立子公司的计划，不存在也没有任何技术转让计划（包含且不限于软硬件，产品和服务管理等转让）。PSAV作为荣耀在印度的分销商，被授权在印度进口和分销荣耀产品并针对产品进行相关宣传和推广，不得以超出分销商权限的任何形式使用荣耀公司的品牌（HONOR等）。印度HONOR Tech公司不是荣耀的合作伙伴，也同荣耀公司之间没有任何关联关系。
