请教大家，个人工作 5 年左右，有 3 段工作经历，简历长度需要控制在 1 页吗

如题。个人目前在改简历准备找工作。
之前了解到建议简历控制在 1 页。但目前简历有 3 段工作经历+1 段在校期间的竞赛 + 1 篇在校期间论文, 长度 2 页，不好压缩到 1 页。
想听听各位大佬的看法， 谢谢大家
