抖音视频连播的设置方法如下：
在拍摄短视频时，录制多个短视频。
打开抖音APP，进入抖音主界面后点击【我】，在个人界面点击右上方【三】图标。
点击【时间管理】。
在时间管理界面点击【内容偏好设置】。
点击【我的内容偏好】。
在我的内容偏好中点击【连续播放】。
勾选【不愿意】即可。
