科大讯飞星火认知大模型助力打造 7*24 不打烊政府
据新民晚报报道，今天下午，上海市浦东新区塘桥街道与上海数字产业发展有限公司、科大讯飞（上海）科技有限公司合作推出“数字社工（塘桥版）”，用 AI 政务系统帮助基层减负增能，探索产学研合作新路径。“数字社工”以科大讯飞星火认知大模型为底座，解决社工工作负担重、工作内容无留痕、辖区底数不清晰、服务居民渠道少这些基层社区面临的治理难题。
