Support is great. Feedback is even better.

"Hi all, I'd love to get your feedback and suggestions! Especially curious to know what you think of the pictures - so far I'm not very happy with the quality of the illustration style or the realistic style. Thanks!!"

Hey PH, if you've ever tried to find a recipe on the internet, you know that most recipe pages have frustrating popups and endless advertisements that are completely unrelated to the recipe. It's nearly impossible to find the actual instructions or a simple list of ingredients. You have to scroll past a constantly changing and slowly loading page to get there, and once you're almost there another ad loads and moves the page content down. By the time you find the recipe, you're no longer just hungry - you're downright hangry. If you actually do get there; a lot of humans simply give up and look elsewhere.

So after a long break from making things I quit my corporate job and built Robot Recipes. Still a lot of improvements to make but I hope you will like the first version!

@awt Congratulations on the launch of Robot Recipes! Your solution sounds like a much-needed relief for anyone frustrated by cluttered recipe pages. Wishing you success as you continue to refine and enhance Robot Recipes. Exciting times ahead!
I haven't tried the recipes yet, but I love the visual style and illustration! Well done! Something I've always wanted in recipes apps is the ability to filter recipes by ingredients (e.g. "Tomatoes + basil + red onion"). Is that something you're planning to add?
@zmiro and that's a great idea! I currently have a section on the recipe pages that I disabled for launch that is "Recipes with similar ingredients"...but I think what you are suggesting would be very useful. I will try to get it added soon.
I love this concept. A few "suggestions" or questions. Are the recipes created by AI or our they scraped from the web? If they are from the web it would be great to get the reference. I search Google for recipes ALL the time, but I typically make only recipes that are 5*. If these are scraped is there a way to show by stars? How about the ability to rebuild the recipe? Also, it would be great to have a better print view so that you could select which components of the page to include.
@andrew_brodsky hey Andrew, thanks for these suggestions. Planning to add a star rating since these are all generated. Will also try to build a better print option since that is missing right now.
This site is so interesting in my opinion. Whenever I need to look for a recipe it will show with the list and with the origin history. Amazing! 👍 Congrats on the launch 🥳
