As esm-ification is getting nearer to completion, we'll need to additionally update imports in .html/.xhtml files.

They look fairly simple, so we might be able to use a ESLint rule on a lot of them to do the initial fixing, and then maybe land just the rule (without the auto-fix) to stop any new ones being added.
