一个人更清楚了自己是什么人，让自己成为更完整的个体，才会更明白与他人链接的意义，更注重去与他人链接。
套用在职场上，就是明白自己的位置和想要的状态，再采取相应的策略去对待其他人。在职场上就不需要那么理想主义，更无需因为这个去跟别人闹得关系不太好，毕竟自己的理想并不在职场上。
