龙湖已提前偿还“18龙湖04”17亿元债务

8月14日，据财联社报道，龙湖企业拓展已将17亿元款项拨入18龙湖04债券兑付专户，目前龙湖年内境内到期债务仅余11月到期的1.19亿元。
据悉，龙湖2024年1月到期的153亿港币银团贷款，目前已提前偿还72亿港币，其计划在年内全部提前偿还。
