Step by Step Process

Step 1: Create the following three pages in SAP Build Apps: Sales Order, Sales Order Items, and Delivery Issue.

Step 2: Create a screen that looks like a guided activity (Sales Order -> Sales Order Items -> Delivery Issue)

 Connect S4 Order and S4 Items, as well as the return order via API

Step 4: Deploy the app and integrate it as a mashup in the service cloud V2.

Step 5:Embedded the mashup as per your requirement
It shows a list of all sales orders based on a specific account.

Step 6: When you click Order, a list of products for a specific order will appear. Step 7: Create a return order for the quantity that was not met.
When you click, it will generate a return order in S4.
